Item was delivered to doorstep and went missing. Create and craft advised me to deal with courier, however it is their responsibility to make sure it is properly delivered. Emails are not replied to and even emails to company director are not answered. Avoid this company.

Broken consumer law and don't care!
Horrendous customer service! Ordered something in February 2022 that was never delivered (around the time of the merger). Got in touch to request a refund a month after ordering - claimed they had issued a refund and I've never received it. Got in touch again and they admitted it hadn't been actioned. Nearly 5 months later - I still haven't received the refund after over 12 emails to complain and every time I call, all they tell me they can do is SEND AN EMAIL to the relevant department but nothing gets actioned. I've had to contact CAB, trading standards and now exploring ADR to try and get my money back. It's an absolute joke.

Pink Frog craft foam pads
Very Poor, When i peel off the backing the what supposed to be the sticky pad is covered in a sort of fluffy stuff so it wont stick have to use glue gel to stick it. Rubbish
The new create & craft is sadly lacking
Sadly since the take over of the old create and craft, the new version is a shadow of previous self. I placed an order on the last day of the old show in February and my order never arrived, called them several times to cancel it & no refund, 3 months later the goods turn up which I promptly sent back and still no refund Six weeks on & finally after more calls I've been given a manual refund but I had to get really annoyed with the poor girl on customer services, I hope they get paid alot because I'm sure they have lots of calls like this.

Just awful
Just awful. One order cancelled and no response for several weeks until I chased.
At present trying to get refunds on unfulfilled orders! They can’t send back orders as a free gift is out of stock and refuse to send part orders. Have taken payment tho!
Don’t bother with these suppliers!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CREATE AND CRAFT
Very disappointed with create and craft. Had numerous problems with them. Nothing has been sorted and I am still waiting. My freedom membership was cancelled by them for no apparent reason. My create and craft membership was cancelled for no apparent reason. Create and craft membership reinstated by them then they tried to take payment without asking me. I changed my subscription address but this was never actioned and I had to contact highlight crafts myself. No videos appearing with magazine subscription as was the reason I bought it. Still waiting for a reply which has been going on since February 2022.

I renewed my membership in february as i have done for years , i had waited to place my order as it was for over £50 so i could use my £10 refund. Nothing happened, so i got in contact to let them know and is all i got was passed from one department to another . This week i finally get my refund only to be told i have to spend £50 to redeem it . I can't afford to be spending another £50 and its taken 5 months

I got in 2021 brother scanncut which cost over £600. I got problems with it. they were looking into my case over a month only to tell me that the best option is to contact Brother directly. seriously would not recommend this company to go for shopping.

Appalling customer service!!!
I informed Create and Craft Customer Services that my next flexi payment on my card would fail as I had to cancel my card 10 days before the payment was due and I was unable to update my card details online because their system would not allow it. It took them 28 days after my initial contact to get in touch and I paid the outstanding amount immediately. They then froze my account so I could not access my subscriptions for which I had paid for upfront and in credit by 4 months. Had I not informed them that my payment would fail and was looking to make a payment via alternative means I could have understood their actions, but as it was due to their own inability to contact me back in the 10 days before the payment was due and a further 17 after that before they informed me of alternative methods to do so that the payment date had elapsed. I find it an appalling way to treat a loyal customer of over 15 years. And will now be shopping for my craft products else where. Shocking way to run a business!!!

After being a loyal customer for several years I no longer trust create and craft. I placed an order in January for some stamping card and Sheena countryside collection of stamps and dies. The Sheena collection was £79.99 on extended despatch 28th February. I received the card but no sign of the Sheena collection. Then when they merged I noticed the order for the Sheena collection had been removed from my account. I phoned and emailed several times being told they were still downloading orders. I sent a copy of my order and was told it was being passed on for refund. To this day I have received nothing! I am totally disgusted with create and craft! I have been robbed and I will never shop with them again. If I could give them minus five stars I would!
Just Pray you never have a Problem
Just like Gloria my wife ordered the Sheena Douglas collection last January, she has paid her £72 months ago and stlll has received nothing. About 20 emails, time wasted ringing the provided Customer Service number (That nobody ever answers BTW) and a Recorded Delivery Letter all she has to show for that is a cart load of e-mails promising "Somebody will get back to you in 5-7 days (Which they never do)"
Be aware, if you do not have a problem you might be OK, BUT If you do have a problem, be prepared to write it off as C&C's Customer Service simply does not exist

It's a shame there's no zero star for…
It's a shame there's no zero star for Create and Craft. After being a customer for 20+ years, since their merger the worst of both companies have come together and made their delivery reliability non existent. I am still waiting for an order I placed on 20 April, despite numerous phone calls and emails (sound familiar?) all I get is pathetic excuses that my request has been sent to Managers. Do these people exist? I presume not judging from my experience and the experience of a number of others reporting exactly the same thing. I can't even get through to cancel my freedom membership, which is a continuous order. More fool me for trusting these people.

I had to give this company one ? before I could leave feedback. I'll NEVER use create & craft again. Placed an order and two weeks later was still waiting for it to arrive, CONTACTED them many times and got no reply.
Please AVOID
